Signal Forms are stable since Angular 22.0. When to start new screens on them, why working Reactive Forms can stay, and what the Angular guide says.
The Signal Forms API has been stable since Angular 22.0, which graduated it to the public API. The next form you build is now a real choice between Signal Forms and Reactive Forms.
What the guide says
Angular's guide says Signal Forms work best in new applications built with signals. For an existing app that uses reactive forms, it says they "remain a solid choice".
My rule
I would not rewrite forms that work. I would start new screens on Signal Forms when their state already lives in signals. That part is my opinion.
