ListenTool: real-time feedback for high-performance teams
A people-development platform where colleagues give each other real-time feedback, set development goals and schedule check-ins. I worked on it from inception to production rollout.
Context
ListenTool replaces yearly performance reviews with continuous feedback: comments on competencies and skills, public shout-outs, private feedback, 360 reports, development goals and mentor check-ins, with single sign-on and organisation-wide insights.
My role
Frontend engineer at Arbisoft, on the product for two years, from inception to production rollout.
What I did
- Built the web application in AngularJS 1.5, with SASS and jQuery.
- Designed reusable AngularJS components so new features could share one consistent set of building blocks.
- Worked in an agile team with JIRA, shipping new features and improving existing ones through each release.
Outcome
- Took the product from first commit to production rollout.
